Restore a purchase
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Apple ties the purchase to your Apple ID.
Delete data
Settings includes Delete All Data. That removes local records and photos from the phone. Email you already sent us is separate: ask us to delete a support thread.
What we cannot do
We do not inspect tanks, interpret a lab report as safe or unsafe, or tell you that a system meets a state rule.
