The iOS app is also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
What this is
The app is a reminder and a record log. Guides and the pumping table on this site are reference only. They are not an inspection, a lab report, a permit, or legal advice. Local health department rules govern your system. Confirm dates with a licensed pumper and water tests with a certified laboratory.
Purchases
Paid features are sold through the App Store. The price is shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you pay. Restore Purchases is in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your records
You own the notes and photos you enter. They stay on your device until you export or delete them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a missed pump-out, a water test, a home sale, or a repair decision based on the app or this site. You use the estimates at your own risk.

Pages here are informational. There is no card checkout on this site.
